45 K of C Council 11369 members and their wives got together on December 6 at the St Michael Church Hall for the annual Christmas Party.

The event was organized by GK Miros Maszczak and his wife Theresa. Great job guys!

Thanks especially to Brother Knights Mark Curtis and Pete Rich for helping with setup, and to the many Knights who lent a hand cleaning up.

In between, there was plenty of fellowship, food and fun.

The night’s highlight was Brother Paschal learning he was the Clergy of the Year for the state of Ohio.

GK Miros Maszczak presented him his award for the first time.

Brother Knights Gus Rogus and Ray Multari were also recognized for entering the Youngstown Chapter Hall of Fame back in April.+

We dined on spaghetti and meatballs, chicken, green beans, salad and bread.

There were also pre-meal snacks.

The entertainment included a visit from Santa and Mrs Claus, who read letters to Santa written at each table.

The winning table received a bottle of wine per family.

Coincidentally, the letter was about wine.

We also sang Christmas songs.

Guests included members of council 3144, with whom we are merging soon.

Also, Brother Dan Stout’s brother Gerald, who was in town from Wisconsin.

Jerry helped us on the waterline project at St Paul.
