A big Council 11369 congratulations to 13-year-old Dominic Palma.

On Saturday at the Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge Regional competition for the Diocese of Youngstown, Palma scored a 240.

It’s the same scoring platform as used in the council competition, except an entrant makes 25 kicks at the goal instead of 15.

The regional event took place at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Louisville.

The annual St Michael Parish Picnic was Oct. 1.

Once again this year, K of C 11369 passed out free pop and water to everyone attending.

We went through nearly all 30 2-litre bottles of pop as well as about 150 small bottles of water.

Brother Knight Mark Curtis headed up this activity.
