Council 11369 hosted a pancake breakfast at the Ellsworth Fire Hall several years ago.

Finally, we’re back in January with another fundraiser.

We appreciate the assistance the department has given to our priests and brothers at St Paul Monastery over the years.

The breakfast was originally planned for October, but has been moved to January 16th.

Wednesday, October 7, 2026: Council Meeting. Father Francis X Borrano Room at St Paul Monastery. 7 p.m. Rosary, 7:30 Meeting.

Wednesday, October 28, 2026: Bingo and snacks with residents. Austin Woods, Kirk Road, Austintown. 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, November 4, 2026: Council Meeting. Father Francis X Borrano Room at St Paul Monastery. 7 p.m. Rosary, 7:30 Meeting.

Wednesday, December 2, 2026: Council Meeting. Father Francis X Borrano Room at St Paul Monastery. 7 p.m. Rosary, 7:30 Meeting.

Sunday, January 3, 2027: Epiphany Breakfast for Faith Formation families. St Michael Family Life Center. 10 a.m. to 11:15, but setup beforehand. Knights and Men’s Club make pancakes, sausage, etc. Also serve coffee, milk, juice.

Wednesday, January 6, 2027: Council Meeting. Father Francis X Borrano Room at St Paul Monastery. 7 p.m. Rosary, 7:30 Meeting.

Friday, January 8, 2027: Joint K of C/Men’s Club Holiday Party at a la Carte Catering, Lisbon St, Canfield.

Saturday, January 16, 2027: Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser, Ellsworth Fire Hall, Route 45, just north of Route 224, Ellsworth Twp. 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
